Acts of Random Kindness.
KawanaLife has an active ARK Team.
If it is a yard that needs mowing or a meal that needs cooking or a house that needs cleaning our Ark Team is ready to go.  For more information contact the Church Office.

BREAKFAST team

KawanaLife is involved in running Breakfast Clubs in two of the local schools.  Kawana  Waters State College Primary Campus: 2nd Tuesday of each month 7.30-9.00am and Buddina Primary: 4th Tuesday of each month 7.30-9.00am. For more information contact the Church Office.

Chaplaincy

Schools:  KawanaLife is involved in all the schools in the Kawana Region, involving some 1500 Families at these schools.  In Kawana Waters State College, Peter Murphy is the Chaplain for both the Secondary and Primary campus. For Buddina Primary, we are currently in need of a new Chappy as Glenys has moved on to Mission Work in Cambodia.  

KawanaLife supports Chaplaincy and the Chaplains.  We have people involved in Religious Education, Breakfast Clubs, Fundraising, and the Local Chaplaincy Committee. We desire to see more people enabled to minister in these two schools. Come and join a team that is a work on the front line.

Surf Club:  For the last 6 Years KawanaLife has developed a good relationship with Kawana Water Surf Club. In 2010 our Pastor, Dony Johnson has became the Club Chaplain. This has continued to build upon the foundation. He has also become a Radio Operator and is involved in patrols.

Our aim is to support, encourage and pastorally care for the members of the Surf Club. We aim to be a light for Christ in amongst a group of people who are passionate about saving lives. It is an exciting ministry. Opportunities are open come and join the team.
